Pieter Maarten Feenstra

Pieter Maarten Feenstra, Aletra Capital Partners

Pieter Maarten has nearly 20 years experience as an investment banker. In 1990 he joined Goldman Sachs and in 1996 became one of their world-wide Partner-Managing Directors. Before Goldman Sachs, Pieter Maarten has  founded a small investment bank (Amsterdamse Investerings Bank) and worked for McKinsey & Company. Pieter Maarten has a master’s degree in Business Economics of the Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam and an MBA from INSEAD in Fontainebleau.

Patricia Sharma-Inglin

Patricia Sharma-Inglin (‘98J), Director, MSY Associates

Patricia has more than two decades of  experience in consumer marketing across telecoms, banking, retail and consulting. Originally a UK-trained lawyer, Patricia began her career with Bain & Company, advising clients in Indonesia, Philippines, France, Italy and Singapore. Later, she became a Head of Marketing at telecoms company StarHub where she helped launch the brand which is today a household name in Singapore. Currently, Patricia advises clients as an independent consultant, and is a top-rated trainer, facilitator and leadership coach to global executives, having coached senior managers at more than 20 Fortune 500 companies.

Gautham Radhakrishnan

Gautham Radhakrishnan (‘00D), Partner, Tata Opportunities Fund

Gautham (2000D) has been a private equity investor since graduating from INSEAD. He is a Partner of the Tata Opportunities Fund (TOF) based in Mumbai, India and a voting member of the fund’s Investment Recommendation Committee. Previous to TOF, he was Head of Indian Financial and Business Services with Actis in Mumbai. Gautham began his career in private equity with 8 years at Warburg Pincus in London investing in venture and growth opportunities in European Technology and Financial Services and later leveraged buyouts of Industrial companies. He has been appointed to more than 20 Company Boards as a Director or Observer. Prior to his investment career in private equity, Gautham was an Associate in Fixed Income and Mergers & Acquisitions at JP Morgan. He has also worked in BBC News Strategy; with the founding team at Cricinfo and as a coder at the Centre for European Nuclear Research in Geneva. Gautham holds an MBA from INSEAD, MSc (Distinction) in Computer Science from Imperial College, London and an MA (Scholar) in Computer Science from St. John’s College, Cambridge University.

Jani Rautiainen

Jani Rautiainen, Founder Property Guru

Jani Rautiainen co-founded PropertyGuru in 2006 and has led its transformation as Asia’s leading property portal group with a presence in 9 countries, directly and indirectly via partners. The Company’s websites are used by 8.2 million buyers, viewing over 65 million property pages and generating over 200,000 sales enquiries for advertisers – every month. Prior to PropertyGuru, Jani earned his MBA from INSEAD and has a Dipl Eng, Computer Science from the The Helsinki University of Technology.

Serguei Netessine

Serguei Netessine, Timken Chaired Professor of Global Technology and Innovation, INSEAD

Serguei has worked on business model innovation with numerous organizations including FAA  (USA), Lockheed Martin, Procter & Gamble, McDonald’s, Rolls Royce, Comcast, Expedia, ABB and US Air Force. He also advises multiple startup companies and is an active angel investor.  A prolific academic writer, Serguei publishes and holds senior editorial positions in leading academic journals. His work has received extensive media coverage in CIO Magazine, the Economist, Forbes, New York Times, US News and other media. He recently co-authored “The Risk-Driven Business Model: Four Questions that Will Define Your Company” (Harvard Business Press, 2014) and he regularly blogs about innovation on http://www.defineyourcompany.com.

Ad Ketelaars

Ad Ketelaars (‘87J), CEO, Spinta Pte Ltd

Ad is a seasoned CEO / Managing Director. He has worked in global businesses in the Electronics, Telecom and Enterprise IT markets. He was among others responsible for EnerTel in The Netherlands in the 90’s competing with the local incumbent, for the global Philips PBX business selling it off ultimately to NEC from Japan and for CyberTech, a leading voice recording company for the financial markets with an exit in 2011 to NICE Systems from Israel. Ad has been an angel investor in The Netherlands and since Jan 2015, in Singapore.

Claudia Zeisberger

Claudia Zeisberger, Senior Affiliate Professor of Decision Sciences and Entrepreneurship and Family Enterprise, INSEAD

Claudia is concurrently the Academic Director of INSEAD’s Global Private Equity Initiative (GPEI), which she founded in 2008. Throughout her 20 years in Asia, Claudia has worked with clients in China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Thailand, Taiwan & the Middle East in the areas of Private Equity, Integrated Risk Management, Structured Products, Private Wealth Management & Portfolio Construction. She continues to advise family offices, sovereign wealth funds and regulators from Asia & the Middle East. Claudia is a founding committee member of the Financial Women’s Association (FWA) in Singapore and was previously on the Board of the Singapore Venture Capital Association (SVCA).

Raif Jacobs

Raif Jacobs (‘98D), Senior Director, Google

Raif Jacobs heads Google’s European, Middle Eastern and African Finance Leadership team and has over 20 years of experience in financial operations and investments mostly in the technology and media sectors.  Prior to joining Google in 2005, Raif held roles at Reuters Venture Capital in Silicon Valley, Capital One in Virginia and Mars & Co Consulting.  Raif is a member of the Board of Directors of Google Payment Ltd authorized and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).  He also serves on the Tate Art Galleries Finance & Operations and Audit Committees.  Raif holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Oxford University, a Master’s degree in Pure Mathematics from UMIST and Universidad Complutense de Madrid and an MBA with Distinction from INSEAD.

Hellmut Schutte

Hellmut Schutte (IEP ‘79), Professor Emeritus, INSEAD Business School
Hellmut joined INSEAD’s faculty in Fontainebleau, France, in 1981 after some years of experience in marketing and banking. He spent most of his professional life in Asia and was one of the pioneers of INSEAD’s campus in Singapore, where he also served as Dean. More recently, he was Dean of CEIBS in Shanghai. Today he is back in Singapore as Professor Emeritus of International Management. Hellmut has invested in multiple online startups including PropertyGuru, Tickled Media and iXiGO, and is a partner in the business angel firm BAF Spectrum.

Christophe Inglin

Christophe Inglin (’93D), Founder & Managing Director, Energetix Pte Ltd

Christophe is a veteran of the solar photovoltaics (PV) industry, with two decades of experience throughout the value chain from silicon ingots to turnkey solar power plants. Since mid-2015 he is Managing Director of Energetix Pte Ltd, which designs, installs and maintains rooftop solar power plants and utility-scale solar farms. In 2006 he co-founded Phoenix Solar Pte Ltd, which installed PV power plants throughout Southeast Asia as well as India, Jordan and Saudi Arabia. From 1996 to 2006 he was Managing Director of Shell Solar Pte Ltd. Christophe is also Vice Chairman of the Sustainable Energy Association of Singapore, and serves the PV sector by teaching PV workshops and speaking or moderating at cleantech forums and seminars.
